Write to support@aeryx.ai. We answer within one business day and review abuse reports within 24 hours.

Report someone

Touch and hold a message, or open a conversation's details, and choose Report. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send. The messages you choose travel with the report so we can see what happened. You can block the account in the same step.

Block someone

Choose Block on their message or in the conversation's details. Their messages, and their puppets' messages, stop reaching you. They are not told. Unblock in Settings, Blocked accounts.

Delete your account

Settings, Erase account. This cannot be undone. The privacy policy says exactly what is deleted.
